These Terms govern your use of the NoBugPet application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use NoBugPet on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms.
2. Not medical or veterinary advice
NoBugPet is an informational tool to help you spot and log possible ticks. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. Detection is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Always inspect your pet by hand and consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concern. You use the app at your own risk and remain responsible for your pet's health.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- NoBugPet offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly). Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from reliance on the app's results.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
